Airport express more often and now also at night

Starting from 10 May this year, the interval on the special AE (Airport Express) line providing a direct connection between the Prague Main Railway Station (metro line C – Hlavní nádraží) and Václav Havel Airport Prague has been shortened and its night operation has been newly introduced.
More connections
Starting from 27 May 2024, the interval in daytime operation has been reduced from the original 30 minutes to 20 minutes, and with the beginning of the summer holidays it will be further shortened to 15 minutes.
Now also at night
A complete novelty is the introduction of night operation between 0:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. with an interval of 60 minutes. These lines also stop at the Náměstí Republiky stop (in the direction of the Airport only boarding, in the direction of the Main Railway Station only exit), where it is possible to use night connections.

The regular PID Tariff does not apply on the line and the ticket price is CZK 100 for adults and CZK 50 for children 6-15 years old. Tickets can be purchased from the driver or in DPP Information Centres.
