Můstek Information Centre: Temporary change in location and scope of operation

Due to the reconstruction of girders in the Můstek metro station, the operation of the Můstek Information Centre will change as follows from Thursday, 30 May 2024:

The current Information Centre will be closed for the duration of the reconstruction (approximately 6 months).

• The temporary Information Centre will be located in the place of the former pre-sale point in the same vestibule (next to the station supervisor) – only one counter will be in operation.
• The operating hours will be adjusted as follows:
  • Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (breaks 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
  • Weekends 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (break 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

The assortment of travel documents will remain, as will the production of Lítačka cards and the sale of Prague Visitor Passes and vouchers for line no. 42. However, no goods (mugs, souvenirs, books, etc.) will be for sale in the Information Centre and it will not be possible to pick up shipments from the Fanshop there.
