The processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller - Prague Public Transit Company (DPP). You have the right (but not an obligation) to contact the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) with your inquiries.

Processed personal data depend on the type and content of the specific inquiry.
In all situations, the required personal data include the person’s first and last name and email address.
Optional data would include additional contact and identification information.

Your personal data are being processed in order to do the following

• to receive and respond to a submitted inquiry or request,
• to communicate with a data subject,
• to maintain company records,
• to track and monitor the manner in which the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) handles submitted complaints, inquiries and other.

Recipients or categories of recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be passed on to third parties (recipients) only for the purposes referenced above. Your personal data are transferred to state administration bodies on a basis of a legal obligation. 

The period for which the personal data will be stored and the criteria used to determine this period.

Your personal data are processed for the time period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing. The Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) will delete personal data as soon as the purposes of processing cease to exist.

The time period, for which the personal data will be stored is determined on the basis of the following criteria:

• Litigation and other proceedings: Should the processing of your personal data be relevant to any proceedings in which the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) is a party (or intervener), we will process your personal data for the entire duration of these proceedings and for any related subsequent or ancillary proceedings.

The Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) will process your personal data, for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of the company’s last communication with you. This time period does not apply to situations in which such data needs to be processed for an additional period in order to protect the legal rights of the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP).
