Event description

23 December 2022 (Friday)

  • PID lines will be operating according to regular weekday schedules.
  • School lines and routes will not be in service.

24 December 2022 (Saturday) – Christmas Eve

PID lines will be operating according to Saturday schedules.

Metro:

From approx. 6:00 p.m. until the end of operations, all lines will be running in 20 -minute intervals.

Trams:

  • Day trams will be running until approx. 6:00 p.m. 
  • Night trams will begin running from approx. 6:00 p.m.  until approx. 7:00 a.m.  (25 December 2022). They will be running in regular intervals.

Buses and trolleybuses:

  • Day buses will be running until approx. 6:00 p.m.  (with the exception of Bus 119).
  • Night buses will begin running from approx. 6:00 p.m. until approx. 7:00 a.m.  (25 December 2022). They will be running in regular intervals.
  • While the metro is running, Bus 908 will be running via the Skalka stop, Bus 911 via the Roztyly and Letňany stops and Bus 916 via the Letňany stop.
  • Buses 58 and 143 will not be in service.
  • Suburban buses will be running according to valid schedules, with any restrictions being indicated. Selected night buses will be running according to special schedules.

Funicular:

The funicular will stop running with the last departure at 5:00 p.m.

Ferries:

Ferries will stop sailing with the last departure at 6:00 p.m.

Trains:

  • Trains will be running according to valid schedules until approx. 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., after which only lines S1S2/S22S4S5S7 and S9 will be running at reduced 60-minute intervals until 10:00 p.m.
  • Train S49 will stop running at approx. 5:00 p.m. and Train S65 at approx. 7:00 p.m.

25 December 2022 (Sunday) – Christmas Day

PID lines will be running according to Sunday schedules.

Trams:

Day trams will begin running at approx. 7:00 a.m.

Buses and trolleybuses:

  • Day buses will begin running at approx. 7:00 a.m. Bus 119 will begin running at approx. 4:30 a.m.
  • While the metro is in operation, Bus 908 will run via the Skalka stop, Bus 911 via the Roztyly and Letňany stops and Bus 916 via the Letňany stop.
  • Buses 58143 and 187 will not be in service.
  • Suburban buses will be running according to valid schedules, with any restrictions being indicated.

26 December 2022 (Monday) – Boxing Day

  • PID lines will be running according to Sunday schedules.
  • Buses 58143 and 187 will not be in service.

27  – 30 December 2022 (Tuesday–Friday)

  • PID lines will be operating according to regular weekday schedules.
  • Trams 4 and 21 and Bus 187 will not be in service.
  • Tram 16 will be operating only along the Kotlářka – Ústřední dílny DP route.


31 December 2022 (Saturday) – New Year’s Eve

 PID lines will be operating according to Saturday schedules.

Metro:

  • The metro will run longer, until 2:30 a.m. (1 January 2023), and in 10-minute intervals.
  • Departures from end stations will be as follows:
    • Line A – Nemocnice Motol at 1:51 a.m., Depo Hostivař at 1:53 a.m.
    • Line B – Zličín at 1:40 a.m., Černý Most at 1:45 a.m.
    • Line C – Letňany at 1:44 a.m., Háje at 1:44 a.m.

Trams:

  • Day trams stop running at approx. 10:00 p.m. Night trams will then begin running at 15-minute intervals until approx. 3:30 a.m. (1 January 2023) and then at 20-minute intervals until 7:00 a.m. .
  • There will be no guaranteed transfers the whole night.

Buses and trolleybuses:

  • Day buses will stop running at approx. 10:00 p.m.
  • From approx. 10:00 p.m. until approx. 2:30 a.m. (1 January 2023), designated day buses will be in service.
  • From approx. 2:30 a.m. until approx. 7:00 a.m., the following night buses will be in service:
    • Buses 904905910 and 911, running in 15-minute intervals
    • Buses 902907908909912913 and 915, running in 30-minute intervals
    • Buses 901906914916 and 917, running in 60-minute intervals
    • Buses 903, running in 120-minute intervals
  • While the metro is running, Bus 908 will run via the Skalka stop, Bus 911 via the Roztyly and Letňany stops and Bus 916 via the Letňany stop.
  • There will be no guaranteed transfers the whole night.
  • Buses 58 and 143 will not be in service.
  • Suburban buses will be running according to valid schedules, with any restrictions being indicated.

The funicular will stop running with the last departure at 5:00 p.m.

Trains:

Trains will be running according to valid schedules until approx. 8:00 p.m., after which all S trains will be running at reduced 60-minute intervals until approx. 10:00 p.m. (except for Train S49, which will stop running at approx. 7:00 p.m.).

1 January 2023 (Sunday) – New Year’s Day

PID lines will be running according to Sunday schedules.

Trams:

Day trams will begin running at approx. 7:00 a.m.

Buses and trolleybuses:

  • Day buses will begin running at approx. 7:00 a.m.  Bus 119 will begin running at approx. 4:30 a.m.
  • While the metro is running, Bus 908 will be running via the Skalka stop, Bus 911 via the Roztyly and Letňany stops and Bus 916 via the Letňany stop.
  • Buses 58 and 143 will not be in service.
  • Suburban buses will be running according to valid schedules, with any restrictions being indicated.

2 January 2023 (Monday)

  • PID lines will be running according to holiday schedules valid for weekdays.
  • Trams 4 and 21 will not be in service.
  • Tram 16 will be running only along the Kotlářka – Ústřední dílny DP route.
