Contactless ticket purchase now on board every vehicle

Are you going to travel by public transport and you need a ticket? The easiest way to purchase one is directly on board the vehicle at a contactless payment card terminal. Ticket purchase terminals are in all city buses, trams, trolleybuses and even in the metro as well as funicular stations.

Purchasing a ticket directly on board requires compliance with a few rules:

  1. Board via the door marked with the contactless payment symbol. As a rule, this is the middle door of the vehicle. In the metro and funicular, the terminal is located in the vestibule before entering the paid area.
  2. Purchase your travel document immediately after having boarded the vehicle.
  3. Payment is possible only with a contactless payment card (or with a device supporting contactless payments, e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).

The terminal offers a limited range of tickets
