Online Payment of Fines
Fare fines and surcharge can be paid online using a payment card or the payment buttons at the DPP e-shop. All you have to do is log into the DPP e-shop, select the Fines option and fill in the number from the Transport Inspection Record (in Czech: ZOPPK). The fine can be paid either in full (with a timely payment reduction in the amount due handled automatically when selecting the type of payment) or after clicking on the Verify option, at which point the system will automatically evaluate the ownership of the respective fare coupon and, as appropriate, reduce the amount of the fine or surcharge (e.g. forgotten coupon during inspection / Fine with discount).

The amounts owed can also be paid by bank transfer.
The account number: IBAN CZ87 0800 0200 3619 3073 1349, SWIFT: GIBACZPX. You have to write a variable symbol (from the Record of the performed transport inspection). The account number, together with other details, is contained on the reverse side of the Record of the performed transport inspection.

Warning: It is not possible to make payments of the amounts owed (surcharges, penalties) by postal money orders to the address of the additional payments counter! Payments in the additional payments counter can only be made in cash or by payment card in person or by another person, authorised by the passenger.
