Legal basis for the processing of your personal data:

The processing of your personal data is necessary for performance of a contract with the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) and general compliance with legal obligations (e.g. Act No. 370/2017 Sb. on Payment Systems; Act No. 235/2004 Sb. on value-added tax; Act 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code; etc. and on the basis of the “General Business Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods through an Online Store Located at the Internet Address: fanshop.dpp.cz”); and, with respect to any business-related correspondence and communication, the basis for processing is the legitimate business interests of the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP).

Processed Personal Data 

We process your identification and contact data (first and last name, address, email address), and also phone number, ID (IČO) number and VAT ID (DIČ) number.

Your personal data is being processed in order to do the following:

• to perform a contract,
• to deliver the goods,
• to create a user account,
• to send business-related communication (news and information about discounts),
• to protect legal claims of the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP),
• to exercise rights related to faulty goods or a connected with a withdrawal from the contract.

Recipients or categories of recipients of Personal Data 

Personal data may be passed on to third parties (recipients) only for the purposes referenced above e.g. delivery services (Czech Post) for the shipping of ordered goods to the provided address. In addition, your personal data may be passed on to state administrative bodies.

The period for which the personal data will be stored and the criteria used to determine this period.

Your personal data are processed for the time period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing. The Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) will delete personal data as soon as the purposes of processing cease to exist.

The time period, for which the personal data will be stored is determined on the basis of the following criteria:

• Validity of the contract: We process your personal data for the period of our mutual contractual relationship (i.e. for the time period during which you are using the services of the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP).
• The case of contract termination: Upon termination of the contract, we process your personal data until you, or the company, can assert any claims against the other party on the basis of the terminated contract; or, as otherwise required under the law.
• Litigation and other proceedings: Should the processing of your personal data be relevant to any proceedings in which the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) is a party (or intervener), we will process your personal data for the entire duration of these proceedings and for any related subsequent or ancillary proceedings.

For example, in the event of a withdrawal from the contract or complaint, we process your personal data for the time necessary for the processing of the complaint, a maximum of 1 year, unless personal data is also processed for another purpose.
