Legal basis for the processing of your personal data:
The processing of your personal data is necessary for the work processes related to being a contracting party to a possible employment contract and general compliance with legal obligations (e.g. Act No. 262/2006 Sb., the Labor Code; for example, the provisions of § 30, Section 2 of the Labor Code). And, on the basis of your consent to processing your personal data the company will process your resume (CV) in order to possibly offer you similar job opportunities in the future.
The legal basis for the processing in this case is:

Your personal data are being processed in order to do the following:
to recruit new employees and aid in the employee selection process,
to search for candidates.
Recipients or categories of recipients of Personal Data
The processing of personal data submitted by potential candidates for advertised open positions is done by LMC s.r.o., through its electronic systems.
The period for which the personal data will be stored and the criteria used to determine this period.
Your personal data are generally processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. The Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) will erase personal data as soon as the purpose for which the personal data were processed ceases to exist.
The time period, for which the personal data will be stored is determined on the basis of the following criteria:
Validity of a labor contract: The company process your personal data for the duration of our mutual contractual relationship (i.e. for the period of the employment).
The case of the labor contract termination: Upon termination of the contract, the company will process your
personal data until you, or the company, can assert any claims against the other party on the basis of the terminated contract; or, as otherwise required under the law.
Litigation and other proceedings: Should the processing of your personal data be relevant to any proceedings in which the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) is a party (or intervener), we will process your personal data for the entire duration of these proceedings and for any related subsequent or ancillary proceedingsThe company process your personal data for the entire duration of any employee selection procedures; and, on the basis of consent to continue with the processing, for a period of an additional 3 years.
